Terms & Conditions of cx crickex

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cx crickex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the cx crickex website at https://cx-crickex.app, including but not limited to sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, payment services, and customer support.

cx crickex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cx crickex will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the cx crickex platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing the cx crickex platform from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout these Terms to denote BDT amounts.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the cx crickex Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published separately. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms will govern in respect of the promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.2 Account Security

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Processing times vary by method but cx crickex targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after that cutoff are processed on the following business day.

cx crickex reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays. cx crickex will not be liable for withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment provider processing times once funds have been dispatched from the cx crickex platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cx crickex offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers at cx crickex carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be turned over before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion and are expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings).

Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the stake. Certain casino game categories may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for any active bonus are published within your account's bonus details section.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

cx crickex has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a guaranteed outcome; using automated software or bots to fulfill wagering requirements; and any other behaviour that cx crickex determines to be exploitative of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, cx crickex reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and retain any funds suspected of being derived from abusive activity.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by cx crickex carry an expiry period, which is stated in the terms of each offer. Unused bonus funds that remain subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement will be automatically removed from your account balance upon expiry. cx crickex does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

• The use of automated betting software, arbitrage tools, or any system designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies is prohibited and will result in account review and potential closure.

6.2 Casino Games

The random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently audited and certified for fairness. 7. User Obligations

By using the cx crickex platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Accurate information: You will provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You will update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Personal use only: You will use your cx crickex account exclusively for your own personal entertainment. You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose, and you will not allow any other person to use your account.

• Compliance with laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cx crickex platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cx crickex does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a player.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cx crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• The player is under 18 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cx crickex

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, cx crickex will notify the affected player via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal constraints that may prevent such notification.

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their cx crickex account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cx crickex will process any remaining balance in the account (subject to standard KYC and AML checks) and close the account within 5 business days. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which provides additional protections against re-registration.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no cx crickex Login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cx crickex will notify players by email before applying a dormancy administration fee to the account balance. cx crickex does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. cx crickex will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the cx crickex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cx crickex with respect to your use of the platform. No other representations, warranties, or agreements — whether oral or written — shall have any legal effect unless expressly incorporated into these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
