2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Processing times vary by method but cx crickex targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after that cutoff are processed on the following business day.
cx crickex reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays. cx crickex will not be liable for withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment provider processing times once funds have been dispatched from the cx crickex platform.
Withdrawal to Source: For the protection of all players, cx crickex applies a strict withdrawal-to-source policy. Your winnings will always be returned to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card account from which you made your deposit. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Bonus Abuse
cx crickex has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. 5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses issued by cx crickex carry an expiry period, which is stated in the terms of each offer. Unused bonus funds that remain subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement will be automatically removed from your account balance upon expiry. cx crickex does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. User Obligations

8. Account Suspension & Closure
cx crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- The player's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
- The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- The player is under 18 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cx crickex
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, cx crickex will notify the affected player via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal constraints that may prevent such notification.
8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their cx crickex account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cx crickex will process any remaining balance in the account (subject to standard KYC and AML checks) and close the account within 5 business days. 8.2 Dormant Accounts

8.4 Governing Terms

No other representations, warranties, or agreements — whether oral or written — shall have any legal effect unless expressly incorporated into these Terms.
